Holmfirth Junior Infant and Nursery School

Our Year 2 children were delighted to contribute their artwork to the local church's Harvest Festival this year. Their colourful pictures formed part of a special display and were greatly admired by festival visitors.

The church shared some wonderful feedback, thanking our pupils and commenting on how much their artwork was appreciated by everyone who attended.

The Harvest Festival was a great success, with a huge amount of food donated for the community. In addition, £188.70 was raised through donations for fruit and vegetables sold at the event. All proceeds, along with the donated food, were given to the Holmfirth Food Bank to support local families in need.

We are incredibly proud of our Year 2 children for using their creativity to help make this community event so special and would like to thank them for their fantastic contribution.
